Our system analyzes your responses and experience to evaluate your fit with the Why4® methodology.
Debriefing with a Master Coach
If your profile is validated, you will debrief a real profile with a certified Master Coach to validate your skills.

Requirements — Coaches & Trainers
We are specifically looking for practitioners with at least 500 hours of coaching or 500 days of training delivered. You master a second language, have at least a bachelor's degree and preferably are already certified on a psychometric tool.
Requirements — HR Professionals
For HR professionals in companies or organizations, we consider applications from people with at least 3 years of experience and an orientation in Recruitment, Talent, or People Development.
Upon completion of the certification
Upon completion of the questionnaire, you will receive an invitation to debrief a concrete profile. Upon completion of the exercise, you will receive the certification as well as a credit of 5 Why4® tests.
