Can I combine a subscription with pay-per-use?

Yes. Your subscription includes a monthly quota. If you exceed it, you can purchase additional credits individually from your dashboard.

Are unused credits lost?

No. Unconsumed credits carry over to the following month. They expire after 1 month of rollover.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No change fees.

Are WhyMatch® credits included in test credits?

No. WhyMatch® credits (AI candidate × position matching) are separate from psychometric test credits.
